By creating an account or using MediCard, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity on your account, including any family member profiles you create.

Do not upload data that is not yours or that you do not have permission to upload. Do not attempt to break, reverse engineer or abuse the service.

MediCard is an organization tool, not a medical device. AI-extracted information may contain errors. Always confirm critical health information with a qualified healthcare professional. We are not liable for medical decisions made based on the app.

You retain full ownership of the medical data you upload; MediCard acts only as a custodian to store and display it on your behalf. The platform is designed to align with the safeguards of the HIPAA Security Rule (45 CFR §164.308–312) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. This is a design-alignment statement, not an independent certification or audit opinion. MediCard is a patient-controlled personal health record and is not itself a HIPAA Covered Entity or Business Associate; healthcare providers requiring a Business Associate Agreement should contact mohit@medicard.co.in.

In accordance with §8(9) of the DPDP Act, 2023 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, the Grievance Officer for MediCard is:

Grievances are acknowledged within 7 days and resolved within 30 days.

We work hard to keep the service available, but it is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and outages may occur.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance by email.
